WORKING WITH LISA
Lisa is a keynote speaker and “future of work” trendspotter. She is trusted by clients the world over to connect with diverse audiences and inspire people-first organizational change.
Lisa’s speeches are part validation, part inspiration, and part tough-love. Never one to accept the concept of “because this is the way things have always been done,” she’s dedicated her career to asking “but why?”
But Lisa’s m.o. isn’t all serious business. She lives by the sage advice “if you aren’t entertaining, you aren’t educating.” Lisa’s presentations are filled with relatable content that inspires smiles (and more than a few laughs) right along the mindset shifts.
She loves distilling complex topics into easily digestible concepts, and offering audiences tactical tools they can put into action the very next day.

THE SECRET SAUCE
The truth is, Lisa never wanted to be a speaker. No, seriously.
She’s always been more of a behind-the-scenes gal, preferring to be the mind behind the report. But this hesitation towards taking the stage has turned out to be Lisa’s super power.
As a “not really a speaker speaker,” she brings her authentic self to each and every presentation. Lisa advocates for and honors the shared humanity in all of us, sharing stories and pop culture references right alongside the research and reports.

ON A HUMAN LEVEL
A big proponent of work-life harmony, Lisa enjoys a rich life outside of GCC. Surrounded by the glorious mountains of Salt Lake City, she spends most Sundays getting in a good hike in or shredding some gnar. She’s also an almost fanatical social dancer, and is devoted to refining her triple salsa spins.
Lisa is also a passionate advocate for boundaries and rest. On her off days has no shame in snoozing well past breakfast.

LISA WAS FANTASTIC!
SHE REALLY TOOK THE TIME TO UNDERSTAND OUR CULTURAL AND PRODUCTIVITY CHALLENGES.
She interviewed several members of our team – with different levels of experience and backgrounds – and asked the right questions and listened well to elicit common themes. I would highly recommend Lisa!
